Hunger in Haiti is the worst it has ever been – over 60% of the population is struggling to eat. To improve the health and nutrition of the most vulnerable families, Children’s Health Ministries provides meal packs to families graduating from our malnutrition programs and other struggling families. The meal packs contain corn meal, beans, and oil, and provide some of the most often lacking nutrients in children’s diets: whole grains, protein, and fat.

Feeding Breastfeeding WomenMany mothers in Haiti struggle to breastfeed because they are malnourished and underfed themselves. We often provide food support to struggling women when they are breastfeeding an infant to improve the health and nutrition of both the baby and mother.
